Work across teams in small groups ... survey responses

While discussions have been interesting a set of norms/ heuristic to guide the discussions hasn’t been clearly evident
Good opportunity to hear other ‘ways of knowing’.

I really enjoyed learning from others in small teams, from our conversations, from the different perspectives, skills and experiences that people brought. The research I could do any time on my own, but the real learning came about for me from listening to others and reading their contributions to the wiki.

I found that when the whole Inquiry Group got together we lacked a common direction and focus, so the small team work was more fruitful for me.

It made me really listen to the discussion and understand how the work is different for other Consultants. The communication is going to be paramount in the kind of integrated services that will be one of the ways of working with schools. It’s exciting, but also makes me mindful that we need to capture the full range of conversations/ideas and experiences and not just the ones that are familiar to us.

Yes, I enjoyed sitting down and chatting with others and on many occasions just listening.
At times the discussions went right over my head, but I'm use to that!

For me there was no cross team work however the chance to connect with colleagues was valuable. I always find it valuable. Thank you
It was a great opportunity to do this – I interacted with others I had never spoken with

It was great to work with people from other teams. I am also grateful for the IT support I received from Matthew in learning how to add to a wiki/ upload documents etc.

I got to work with people from across teams – I enjoyed the chance to support and be supported in a common goal.
